What we do
ElevateImpactAI pairs realistic AI role-play with clear, criterion-based scoring so learners can practise difficult workplace conversations and trainers can track the impact. It is designed to support and extend existing training programmes — not to replace trainers or L&D professionals.
How it started
The development team interviewed HR, L&D professionals and trainers to understand their challenges, then refined early versions through short development cycles and pilots in live classrooms. Organisations including Panasonic, USI Global, and agencies in Hong Kong Government were involved in these pilots.
Our approach
We believe the best training outcomes happen when technology supports human expertise. ElevateImpactAI gives trainers a tool for practice and reinforcement, and gives L&D teams data designed to support measurement aligned with Kirkpatrick Levels 2 and 3 — learning and behavioural change.
Created by Chorev Consulting International
ElevateImpactAI is created by Chorev Consulting International, a regional leadership and organisational development consultancy established in 2007. Chorev partners with leaders, teams and organisations to address development and organisational challenges, combining leadership expertise with targeted training, professional coaching and technology solutions. Since 2023 it has also focused on helping people and organisations respond to AI-driven change and prepare leaders for human-and-AI workforces. ElevateImpactAI grew out of that work — giving learners structured practice, and giving trainers and L&D teams evidence of behaviour change.
